Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations

  • We offer 3-day, 1-week, 1-month, and custom long-term rental periods to meet your needs.

Our minimum rental period is three days. The 3-day rate accommodates weekend rentals when we deliver equipment the Friday before and pick it up on Monday during normal operation hours to keep your delivery costs lower.

We offer progressively discounted rates for weekly, monthly, and long-term rentals. Rentals for more than 12 months qualify for long-term rental rates. Our rate structure is not the per-day rate multiplied by the number of days. Please request your custom quote to see your rental estimate with the lowest applicable rate for your rental duration.

  • Of course! Please let us know at least by the day prior to pick up.

  • To reserve equipment, you can call and talk to our rentals specialist or submit your cart with the requested equipment. Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you to confirm. We suggest you reserve your rental equipment as soon as you know your needs. Reservations are fully refundable until two days before the rental period begins.

  • Bellabot, our food delivery robot, requires customized programming for your space and usage requirements.  Due to the initial setup required, we can not offer reduced rates for rental periods shorter than a week.  You may rent it for less than a week, but the rental rate will be the same as the week.

  • Our food delivery robot, Bellabot, is programmed to move about a restaurant or event by setting up mapping points.  A mapping point is an exact location that the robot can be told to go.  Common mapping points are: tables, bussing stations, food pickup in the kitchen, the hosting station, and drink pickup at the bar.
